Confidence is Key

The best way to put yourself out there and show that you aren't afraid to be vulnerable is by showing the upmost confidence. During the first day at Intuit in Mountain View, Ca, I forced myself to approach CEO Sasan Goodarzi. Not only did Sasan notice my maturity and ability, but soon dozens of executives were asking questions and giving me their attention.

Confidence opens doors that most see as impossible. After my first week at Intuit, a flourishing Silicon Valley software company, I was able to create relationships with everyone on the tech team, multiple key executives and dozens of members from the talent development team.
